TracSTar 630 Fusion Capability for 8" IPS to 24" OD (340mm - 630mm).
McElroy's TracStar 630 is a self-contained, self-propelled, all-terrain fusion machine with an on-board generator for powering the heater. The carriage can be easily removed for in-ditch use. The fusion machine also comes with a wireless remote driving control. Also available is the Automated TracStar 630 that guides the operator through a step-by-step procedure for fusing pipe. The automated option offers automated control over the heat, soak, fuse, and cool cycles of the fusion process.
The TracStar 630 is hydraulically powered to assist all fusion functions, including the operation of the jaws, pipe lifts, heater, and facer.
